Yazaki India

Mr. P.V. Raju serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Yazaki India Pvt. Ltd., bringing with him over three decades of industry experience and a strong record of leadership in the automotive sector.

His professional journey began in December 1990 with JTEKT India (formerly Sona Koyo Steering Systems Ltd.), where he laid the foundation for his career in manufacturing and operations.

In September 2010, he joined Yazaki Wiring Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Less than a year later, in July 2011, he was elevated to the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO), reflecting the organization’s confidence in his strategic and operational capabilities. His leadership journey continued as he was appointed to the Board of Yazaki India in October 2016, and eventually assumed his current role in April 2020.

Mr. Raju holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering earned in 1990. His commitment to continuous learning is evident in his completion of several prestigious programs, including the Executive Training Program at IMD, Switzerland (2014), the Visionary Leaders for Manufacturing (VLFM) Program under Prof. Shoji Shiba (2008–2009), and Total Quality Management (TQM) training with Prof. Yoshikazu Tsuda (2002).

Outside the boardroom, Mr. Raju believes in maintaining a healthy work-life balance. He is an avid golfer and runner, embodying discipline, focus, and perseverance both professionally and personally.
