At YIPL, ESG principles are deeply embedded in our operations as we strive to create long-term value for our stakeholders and contribute positively to society.
On the environmental front, we have taken significant steps to reduce our carbon footprint by deploying electric vehicles (EVs) for intra-facility movement and logistics and installing solar panels across multiple locations to harness clean, renewable energy. In our social initiatives, we focus on employee welfare by offering dedicated hostel facilities for contract employees, ensuring safe, hygienic, and comfortable living conditions.

We prioritize water conservation through rainwater harvesting systems and water recycling processes across our facilities.
Our energy-saving measures include the use of LED lighting, motion sensors, and energy-efficient machinery, along with solar power installations that reduce dependency on conventional energy sources.
Additionally, we implement paperless processes wherever possible and encourage material reuse and recycling.
